I am forgetting her name but the assistant that brought me to my room and took my vitals was absolutely amazing!! I went in for urgent care/had never been a patient here before. The nurse practitioner that actually treated me was very sweet as well. she answered all of my questions, discussed treatment options/which medicine may be the best and let me know if/when I should come back in. 10/10 all around.

My doctor Mir Ali from the Palatine location is definitely one of the greatest doctors I’ve ever had, he is friendly, he explains things if I don’t understand. He really takes the health of his patients very seriously and does not treat you like “just a patient”, but like a human being.
